Export contexts
Exportelier lives where your team already works and turns each view into a polished PDF, Word or Markdown document. There are six export contexts.
For multi-issue work, Special Reports is the central hub: its Dashboard, Search, Board, Backlog, Sprint, Release and History tabs provide the same entry points in one place. Jira's contextual actions remain available when you are already looking at a search, board, backlog, sprint or release.
Single issue
Export any issue straight from the issue view — every standard and custom field, comments, worklogs, history, embedded images and attachments. This is one of all six contexts included in Free.
Bulk & JQL
Export an entire search, a saved filter or a raw JQL query as one combined document. In Special Reports, Search starts from a Saved Filter that Jira has shared with you; its JQL is never sent to the browser. Large result sets switch to a background job automatically, so big exports don't block your browser.
Boards
Snapshot a Scrum or Kanban board as a document — perfect for steering meetings and stakeholders who don't have Jira seats.
Sprints
One-click sprint reports with status grouping and sprint statistics. Ship the retro deck before the retro starts.
Releases
Export a fix version as a release report — release statistics, an issue-type breakdown and release notes your customers can actually read.
Backlog
The whole backlog view in one document: active sprint, future sprints and unassigned backlog — ready for planning sessions.
A field-renderer registry covers standard and third-party custom field types, with a safe fallback so unknown fields still render. Worklog tables include a Tempo mirror mode for timesheet-style output, and Jira Service Management tickets render request types, SLAs and approvals.
